When we bought our own building back in 2005
we planned our space in such a way as to make sure we had room
for renters.
If you're from the Keweenaw area you may remember
St. Vincent DePaul's store in Downtown Houghton - that's the
building - but don't think "St. Vini" anymore!
We have done considerable rennovation work
- the entire building has new plumbing, new electrical, upgraded
heating, and much of it has been beautified too!

Future Plans:
We will also be making more rental space available
on our 2nd floor, directly above the storefront rental.
Currently this space is unimproved - we may
turn it into several small office suites or create just one larger
commercial space.
